Winding Down The Roadshow
We covered 17 events in 7 cities, and met more than 10,000 DOers during our 6 week European roadshow. But all good things must come to an end, and the roadshow is coming a close as we move into November.

We worked with Facebook to support three of their World Hack events in London, Warsaw and Barcelona. You can check out pictures and highlights from the events linked above.

At Apps World London we ran a series of hands-on coding workshops at our Twilio booth. We had a lot of fun over the two days meeting a whole bunch of developers attending the show. Highlights included Syd’s Fish conference call demo – be sure to ask him to show it to you when you see him!

After AppsWorld, we were off to Dublin where JG visited Wayra Dublin, Dublin Node Conference and Dublin Web Summit. At the Summit, JG presented his famous Twilio live demo, and threw a party for our Irish DOers. The highlight for us was seeing a few DOer’s SmartThings win the Dublin Web Summit startup competition. You can watch JG’s video interview from the Web Summit for Silicon Republic here.

If you would like to join Syd and JG in the Twilio Developer Evangelist crew, we are hiring for Europe! Check out the job role here.

November and Beyond
We partnered with Business Leaders Network to support their Making it in Mobile conference on 28th November in London, we’ll be running an app competition with them too. So if you are a DOer with an app to improve customer engagement you need to be entering!

Finalists will get the opportunity to show off their app to key industry decision makers in retail and media, network with influential agencies and investors, plus win a load of Twilio credit. What’s not to like? You can find out more by visiting the MiM site here.

We are always looking for ways to support startups in Europe, so we are delighted to be supporting a new initiative Startup Pack which brings together offers and discounts from web based tools and services to give startups a leg up. Founder Matthieu Vaxelaire said “Starting a company is extremely difficult. All our partners have faced similar challenges and it’s great to see their support to fresh entrepreneurs.”

If you are a European developer with killer Twilio skills, then make sure you add yourself to the relaunched Twilio Developer Gallery. We have spruced up the design allowing you to showcase your skills and drive inbound work from clients looking to build on Twilio.

Below is a selection of events you can find the Twilio Europe team at during November. We are adding to the list all the time, so stay in touch via @Twilio
