Give your calls a boost with Enhanced Branded Calling, now in public beta

We're excited to share that Enhanced Branded Calling is now available in public beta. This feature helps you create a more trusted and recognizable voice experience by showing branded elements like your logo and call reason when you reach out to customers.

What's new with Enhanced Branded Calling?

With Enhanced Branded Calling, your calls become instantly recognizable to your customers with three key features:

  • Brand logo: Your organization's logo appears during outbound calls, reinforcing your brand identity visually

  • Brand display name: Your business name shows up on caller ID, so customers know it's you calling

  • Call reason: Add helpful context like "Delivery Update" or "Appointment Reminder" so customers understand why you're reaching out (this feature isn't supported on Apple devices just yet, but we're working on it!)

Get started with Enhanced Branded Calling today

Enhanced Branded Calling is available now in the U.S. through the Twilio Console and API. If you're currently using our Basic Branded Calling offering, you'll need to complete a new registration to access these enhanced features.

Ready to make your calls more recognizable and trustworthy? Check out our Branded Calling documentation or reach out to your Twilio account representative, and we'll help you get set up.

Thanks for building with Twilio!
