The builder serves as a unified command center for dynamic messaging, letting you create everything from visually-rich Cards for RCS to interactive List Pickers for WhatsApp.

Content Template Builder doesn't just help with creation - it also manages intelligent fallback options across channels, ensuring your messages reach customers appropriately even when rich media isn't supported. You can personalize messages with variables, preview them visually in the GUI, or create templates via API.
